TITANS TQC rapid charger

The TITANS TQC rapid charger is the ideal device to charge any type of electric vehicle. Applying newly developed matrix planar transformer technology, it introduces a new generation of highly efficient chargers.
The device offers a wide range of adjustable charge output voltages, input voltages and current levels. It is compact, very light, functional, and easy to extend.
The integrated intelligent control system continuously monitors and optimizes the charge process; charge status and system diagnosis are displayed on the screen.
The charger is suited for all standard industry batteries ranging from 12V to 96V.

Main features

1. Innovative matrix planar transformer technology enables very high efficiency (above 92%) and a transformer device height of only 30mm.
2. Embedded: designed to fit into standard 19” frame.
3. Modular: high frequency DC system redundant backup operation and current equalizing.
4. Modes: the system can run in two modes with and without microcomputer monitoring.
5. Proven stability: the device has undergone thorough short circuit and high temperature aging tests and has proven high system stability.
6. Intelligent control: The module output has connections for voltage and current regulation, for analogue voltage and current feedback signals, as well as external switches. Current limiting point and charge voltage continuously determined according to the battery capacity and the signals received by the integrated intelligent control system. The charge mode can automatically shift between equal charge voltage and floating charge voltage.
7. High input power factor and good electromagnetic compatibility: Using three phase active input power factor control technology, the input power factor reaches up to 98% while the electric current distortion remains below 8%.
8. A wide range of adjustable output voltages and current levels make the charger compatible with almost all batteries.
9. Protection: AC over/under voltage protection, output over voltage protection, over current limiter, over-heating protection, over load protection, battery reverse connection protection.
