三段直流空气开关(GMB)有哪三段保护?为什么在一些电厂直流系统设计中要采用三段开关?普通直流空气开关有什么保护?
Answer:
三段直流空气开关(GMB)有过热(过载长延时保护)、过流(短路瞬时保护)和延时(短路短延时保护)三段保护。普通直流空气开关有有过热(过载长延时保护)、过流(短路瞬时保护)两段保护。一些电厂直流系统设计中采用三段开关是为了防止越级保护带来的事故面扩大,保证故障电流仅仅由距离故障点最近的断路器来切除,要求上级断路器在遭遇短路电流时,经过一定时间的短延时(一般为ms级)后在动作。在短延时期间,如果下级断路器已经将故障回路切除,则断路器不动作;如下级断路器发生故障不能执行保护动作,上级断路器作为后备保护,将主干回路切断,以保护设备和线路。真正实现直流系统的级差配合,提高系统的可靠性。
